Wash day… Maybe tomorrow. What used to be a twist out looks pretty twisted… No desire to do it. Sound familiar? Sometimes, you just don’t have the motivation to do your hair! Hair + inspiration aka Hairspiration may find it’s way in one of these examples.

1. Today is going to be a fabulous hair day!:

You don’t necessarily have to say those exact words but I believe by speaking things into existence especially in a positive light, you are destined for great results. This goes for more than just hair, life in general but since we are on the topic treat your hair like it has feelings. Yes that sounds very silly but it makes so much sense. Speak life into everything that you touch Love! Positivity only!!

2. Set weekly hair goals:

It is easy to get caught up in setting goals and without a deadline to follow up with and to forget about the goal. By setting weekly hair goals you are holding yourself accountable. For instance if you want to have longer hair purchase or create a hair measuring t-shirt to check the length goal even if this done on ever wash day to be consistent. Another example would be to condition once and deep condition once a week and you can write in your planner which days you plan to wash and deep condition but don’t forget about them and do your best to keep this goal.

3. Try a new product:

Like many others, there are certain times when I dread having to wash my hair, in other words the honey moon may be over. This is where that product that you purchased on sale that I wanted to try or heard about comes in handy. Test the waters and it’s love for your hair.

5. Get that trim that you have been negelecting to:

The last thing that I want to do is mess up good ends of my hair. Split ends can be the death of an amazing do and the equivalence of trying to maintain a great style. It is likely to maintain and increase growth with your hair. Like stale bread making up as a sandwich. Get the trim Girl!

5. New style alert:

Remember that style that you saw in that magazine and thought, “that is cute!”? Try it! Not everyone but some don’t desire to do their hair due to having the same style. Switch it up! Pinterest can also have great!

6. Convince yourself that you are in a contest:

And the winner is… You! Remind yourself that you deserve a great hair style or something along the lines of others relying on your great style. Make it a fun job to love what your hair has to offer and with your confidence, others also will.

7. Own what your hair has to offer:

There will never be another opportunity for a hair style to look exactly how your does at that very moment. No strand will ever fall exactly into that same place again. Try and believe in your hair.

What are some ways in which you get Hairspiration? Any tips?
